Easysend Archive sub-system in Damietta branch is divart of the Easy Send system for managing the branch and communircating with the affiliated missions and the central computer administration in Cairo.
This sub-system contributes to the ease of saving and retrieval of the documents that are photocopied in the branch, as they will be grouped and indexed in one place and classified by type and date of imaging, which helps in the ease of retrieval when needed.
